Named after the cool mountain winds of early summer, Seiran was created to capture the balance that so often defines the season itself. Neither overly light nor richly weighted, it seeks harmony between refreshment and depth. The brewery envisioned a sake that could accompany long summer evenings—crisp and cooling when chilled, yet expressive enough to reveal new layers as the temperature rises.

「蒼嵐」は、初夏の山を吹き抜ける爽やかな風をイメージして生まれました。軽すぎず重すぎず、その絶妙な均衡こそがテーマです。夏酒らしい爽快な酸味を持ちながらも、飲み飽きることのない奥行きを備え、冷酒から常温まで幅広い表情を楽しめます。季節の移ろいを感じながら味わいたい一本です。
