Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute Natsu no Namazake 2025 (720ml)

Summer in Japan is a season of fleeting moments—bright days, cool evenings, and the search for refreshment. Created specifically for this season, Natsu no Namazake reflects the Institute's vision of a sake that feels vibrant, immediate, and alive. Lowered to a refreshing 17% alcohol and released in its fresh, unpasteurized form, it balances gentle fruit notes, lively acidity, and a clean finish. It is an invitation to experience sake at its most youthful and energetic, just as summer itself is at its peak.
