House built wooden fermentation casks of Akita cedar, are used during fermentation. This attributes an elegant hint of wood to the sake, both on the nose and palate. Also present, a bouquet of white flowers, green apple & zesty grapefruit while on the palate, it unravels soft, clean and comforting flavours of steamed rice. Akitasakekomachi with an extravagant rice polishing ratio of 29% gives this brew extra class and sophistication.

自家製の秋田杉発酵樽を使用。香りと味わいの両方に、エレガントな木の香りが感じられます。また白い花・青りんご・グレープフルーツのブーケが感じられ、口に含むと蒸し米由来の柔らかくクリーンで、心地よい風味が広がります。自社栽培米の「あきた酒こまち」を精米歩合29%まで贅沢に磨き上げたことで、キラキラと輝くような気品ある美味しさに。フードペアリングによって、さらに深みが増すお酒です。
