A first sparkling sake, brewed with the once, dormant and extinct Wataribune Sakamai, this is a tribute & celebration of our shared humanity where deeply rooted french wine making traditions intersect with Japanese spirit of resilience.

幻の酒米「渡船」によって醸された、初のスパークリングタイプ。フランスの伝統技法・シャンパーニュ方式に則り、瓶内二次発酵の後に酒粕をデゴルジュマンすることで、きめ細やかで気品ある泡を実現しました。絶滅寸前からの復活を遂げた渡船が語る、日本の底力。そして、酒造とワイン造りという異なる文化の融合が生み出す味わいは、私たちが共有する人間性へのオマージュとも言える一本です。
