A modern expression of the ancient Yamahai style of brewing. A wonderful expression of pronounced umami & lively acidity, fantastic intensity on the palate with a clean yet slightly savoury finish.

酒造好適米「ひとこごち」を使用し、伝統製法の山廃仕込みで醸した純米生原酒です。ややとろみがかった質感で、柑橘類を思わせるような生き生きとしたジューシーな酸味と、すっきりとしていながらわずかに香ばしい後味が心地よい濃醇旨口な味わいが特徴。北京ダックや豚角煮、ウナギの蒲焼、タレ味の焼鳥など、脂の乗った甘辛い料理との相性が特に良好です。
