A synergistic blend, of 2 Fukushima rice varietals, Yume no Kaori & Fuku no Ka.  Koji-mai  was prepared with Yume no Kaori and & Kake-mai  using Fuku no Ka.

Yume no Kaori contributes to the fruit forward profile, while Yume no Kaori, brings an overall lightness & elegance.

Slight effervescence on entry, with purity of umami & fruit on the mid palate, before a decisive kirei finish.

福島県産夢の香と福乃香のかけあわせることで新たなバランスの構築を目指したお酒です。夢の香の麹が生み出すふくよかな甘みと、福乃香がもつきれいな軽快さという特徴を引き出し、融合させています。バナナや白桃を思わせる、まろやかで甘い雰囲気の香りがあり、端麗辛口でドライでも味わい深く、若々しい苦味、渋味のある味わいは、春の味覚との相性が抜群です。
