A Junmai Daiginjo made with Yume no Kaori rice from Fukushima Prefecture, polished to 35%, that balances festive elegance with a satisfying umami core, ideal for New Year celebratory meals.

2026 is the Year of the Horse, and this special sake commemorates the occasion. The label features an image the Hidariuma (the representative logo of the brewery symbolising blessings & strength . Brewed to stir up the 5 senses, this is the pinnacle of brewing craftsmanship by the Ariga Brothers as they commence their first brewing season at the newly commissioned brewery.
