月白（げっぱく）とは、月の光のような薄い青みを含んだ白色のことで、この日本酒の特徴はその名にふさわしいものと言えます。精米歩合40%の純米大吟醸は口当たりが甘めになりがちですが、こちらは淡麗で辛口。爽やかな吟香、シンプルな色彩と深みを感じられるお酒です。（バージョンとタンク番号はロットごとに異なります。）

The Nifudasake series adorns a fun new style of label design featuring a cargo tag stamped with the name of each type making it easily recognizable and eye-catching. Each tag also features the tank number from which the brew was bottled. Each season, the brewery releases a new version of the Nifudasake which creates a new buzz. The styles can vary from juicy to crisp and dry but they always maintain a fresh quality at a lower alcohol content for easy drinking.
