An expertly developed recipe involving 2 separate brews made with 2 separate yeasts, then blended to balance out the 2 different characters, fusing the 2 into a sake which contains the bright acidity of Ringo San yeast and the floral aroma of Ginjo yeast.

リンゴ酸酵母のみを使い、すっきりとした酸味を引き出した仕込みです。フレッシュでジューシーな味わいに加え、軽やかで爽やかな酸味とバランスの良い適度な甘さに仕上げています。
