2022 International Wine Challenge Champion Sake

Elegant aromas, with a hint of pear, apricots and an aromatic floral, elderflower character. It has a focused texture with flavours of candied pineapple, passion fruit, kiwi, mango. Tasting Notes adapted from the IWC judging Panel.

「真・地酒宣言」をコンセプトに掲げる、世界で認められた澤姫の吟醸酒です。栃木の素晴らしさを伝えるため、地元のお米、お水、酵母のみを使用し、地元農家と協力して栃木を盛り上げています。バナナや青いフルーツを連想させるクラシックな吟醸香。口当たりはライトで爽やかな吟醸酒。吟醸酒でありながら、40~45℃のぬる燗でも美味しく召し上がって頂けるお酒です。
