Minoh Rockin' O-saru IPA (Petainer Keg 20L) ロッキンおさる IPA KEG

Generously hopped with Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo, this is the Minoh Osara IPA on "steroids" !  Clocking in at a punchy 8.5% abv, this is an aroma-led West Coast IPA, with immense drinkability!

On the nose, bursting with grapefruit, passion fruit, and ripe tropical fruits, with refreshing citrus brightness and a subtle hint of earthy pine and wood.

On the palate, a subtle malt sweetness gives way to a solid hop bitterness, leading to a clean, dry finish.

定番の「おさるIPA」が、アルコール度数8.5%のパンチあるバージョンに！
使用ホップは、センテニアル、カスケード、シトラ、シムコー、アマリロ。Minoh Beerさんが好きな王道ホップがたっぷり使われています。
アロマはグレープフルーツやパッションフルーツ、熟れたトロピカルフルーツのような濃厚な香り、柑橘系の爽やかさに加え、松や草木のようなアーシーさもほんのり感じられます。口に含むとモルトのほのかな甘みとともに、ホップ由来のしっかりした苦みが広がり、後半はキレよくドライにフィニッシュ。

定番の”おさるIPA”はアルコール6％ですが、今回は8.5％と高アルコールながらも飲み進めても重たすぎないバランスになっています。
IPA好きの方や、もうちょっとパンチがほしい人方におすすめの一杯です！
