A confident new creation that’s distinctly different from the rest of Minoh's Bitters. Part of their English‑style Tea Series—where Minoh brewers alternate between hojicha and mugicha—the star of the season is barley tea.

At the heart of the flavor is a beer that’s not flashy, but gently deep and quietly satisfying. From the first sip, a well‑balanced malt richness is layered with the softly toasted, aromatic character unique to mugicha. The color is slightly brighter than a typical bitter, giving a light, approachable impression even at first glance.

今季は、香ばしい「麦茶」のビター！「ナイスなビター」とはまたひと味違う、Minoh Beerの自信作。定期的に仕込んでいるイングリッシュスタイルの“お茶シリーズ”が今年も完成しました。「ほうじ茶」と「麦茶」を交互に醸造しているこのシリーズ、今季の主役は「麦茶」です！

味わいの芯にあるのは、「派手さはないけれど、しみじみと味わい深い優しいエール」。 一口飲めば、ほどよいモルトのコクに、麦茶特有のふわりと香ばしい風味が重なります。ビターとしてはやや明るめのカラーで、見た目からも軽やかさを感じていただけるはず。
