Grace Koshu Toriibira Vineyard Private Reserve 2023 is a premium dry white wine that showcases the unique characteristics of the Koshu grape.

The Toriibira district of Katsunuma is situated at an altitude of 450m with a south-westerly aspect. The Misawa family has a high regard for the pebble-rich soils which have excellent drainage. Grapes with concentrated flavours from particular vineyards were hand picked, with fermentation occurred in neutral French oak and matured in stainless steel tanks.
