Brewed without yeast addition & from organically grown Riku-u 132 rice cultivated in Aramasa-owned fields in Uyashinai, this sake has come to both embody and foreshadow the future of Aramasa Shuzō.

Its uncompromisingly straightforward use of traditional methods makes it a true standard-bearer, while its individuality remains utterly without equal.

Released only after more than two years of refrigerated ageing.

The English name Agriveda is a coined term created by the brewery, combining Agri (agriculture) with Veda (sacred text), expressing a deep reverence for the land and for the craft of brewing.

新政酒造「農民藝術概論 Agriveda」は、最上級ライン“Astral Plateau”を構成する純米酒で、大正期に秋田で生まれた希少米「陸羽132号」を鵜養の自社田で無農薬栽培し、伝統的な木桶仕込みで醸されています。銘柄名は宮沢賢治の草稿に由来し、英題AgrivedaはAgri(農業)とVeda(聖典)を組み合わせた造語。農業への情熱と哲学を体現する唯一無二の存在です。
