By infusing premium Japanese black tea into the brewing process, Akiu Heart Rock Sake created a sparkling craft sake that invites a new generation of drinkers into the category. The honey-like gentle sweetness of rice and koji intertwines with fragrant tea aromatics, producing a light, approachable expression that challenges the boundaries of what sake can be.

To preserve the delicate nature of low-alcohol sake, it is bottled and pasteurized immediately after pressing under strict temperature control. High-quality Japanese black tea from a long-established tea shop in Sendai is carefully extracted overnight, using generous amounts of tea leaves to enhance aroma and sweetness. It is also designed to be enjoyed on the rocks, further enhancing its lightness and aroma.
