This Japanese-style makgeolli from Ariga Brewery is made without any additives, and features the natural sweetness and umami of rice.

It's completely unpasteurized, with fine carbonation produced by the natural fermentation of yeast and the acidity created by lactic acid bacteria providing an uplifting zest.  Lower in alcohol at just 8% - this is a great bottle to imbibe in without any palate fatique.
