A masterful blend of sweet, savoury & tart in elegant harmony. Brewed with an unconventional ratio of 80% koji, close to four times the norm, it accentuates the rich umami and delish tangy acidity.

東南アジアの料理と味にインスパイアされたもので、『こんな日本酒があったら面白い!』という思いから生まれたお酒です。 あえて低精白(精米歩合85%)にした栃木県産米を使用し、米麹の使用割合を通常の4倍の85%まで高め、 それを生もとで仕込む事で酸味と旨みを更に際立たせています。カレーやラクサ、チリクラブなどにもよく合います。
