Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Yamadabo (1800ml) 鍋島 純米大吟醸 山田穂

Fukuchio Shuzo is unrivaled when it comes to the amount of effort that they put into researching and experimenting with a very wide range of sake rice. Always exploring different strains new and ancient, for this sake they have used Yamadaho, the mother of Yamadanishiki. The Yamadaho is a very rare sake rice today and takes expert brewers and refined tecniques to work with. In this case it has resulted in a sake which is ever so soft and gentle.
