MIMUROSUGI, Kioke Bodaimoto, Nanatsuyu (720ml) みむろ杉 木桶菩提もと 奈々露

When the temple maidens & monks brewed their first Bodaimoto sake, would they have dared imagine, centuries later, the relevance or perhaps even reverence of tradition and technique developed in the shrine. In the newly constructed Bodaimoto brewery of Imanishi Shuzo, Nanatsuyu a newly minted sakamai from Nara traverses back in time & brings history to life in this Bodaimoto Kioke series.

寺社に仕える巫女や僧たちが最初の「菩提酛」を仕込んだその時、まさか何百年後にもこの伝統と技術が崇敬の対象となるとは想像もしなかったでしょう。
今、西暦の舞台で再構築された今西酒造の新・菩提酛蔵にて、奈良の新たな酒米「七つ星（ななつゆ）」が時をさかのぼり、歴史をこの一滴に蘇らせる「菩提酛木桶シリーズ」が誕生しました。
