ビーチでくつろぐ涼しげな猫のラベルが印象的な夏限定の萩の鶴「真夏の猫」。萩野酒造が最も得意とする美山錦を大吟醸クラスの50％まで磨き、大吟醸用酵母を使用した夏季限定酒。火入れ酒でありながら少しガス感が残存するフレッシュな口当たりです。華やかな香りと優しい甘さで、夏仕様らしく後半はさらりとキレていき、全体的にライトな印象が残ります。キンと冷やしてお楽しみ下さい。
