その年の仕込みが開始されて最初にしぼられた記念のお酒です。若い青林檎のような爽やかで、甘い果実の香り。 口に含むと、若々しいフレッシュな酸味と、若干おりが絡んでいることによる甘みの増幅が感じられ、後味の程良い苦味が新酒らしい味わいとなっております。あまり冷やし過ぎず、約10℃前後の冷酒で、ガラス製の酒器でお楽しみください。
