Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute Haruno Shiboritate Muroka Nama Genshu Origarami (720ml)

A seasonal noguchi, this light, cloudy “origarami” sake evokes dancing cherry blossom petals in spring. a sweet bouquet of white peaches and cotton candy greets the nose, while soft rice flavors unfold across the palate. the finish is lifted by refreshing acidity and a gentle lemon-peel bitterness, making it a perfect companion for spring vegetables, tempura, chirashi sushi, or even hanami gatherings beneath blooming sakura trees.
