"Yuyake Koyake" translates as the glow of the sunset.  An apt imagery, of how Tsuchiya-san attempts to convey the spirit of autumn.  Rustic umami cascades elegantly across your palate, reminiscent of dried persimmons.

酒米の王様「山田錦」を使用し、氷温で熟成、火入れした純米吟醸酒です。 亀の海特有の甘味と酸味のバランスが取れた風味が口の中に上品に広がります。熟した果実を思わせる秋らしい味わいです。
