Hagino Shuzo萩野酒造

The brewery practices low temperature, long fermentation and produces a limited quantity of high quality and expertly controlled Sake, dedicated to Junmai which represents 98% of their total Sake production. Among their labels are some playful products which represent the lighthearted youth of the brewers such as the Megane Senyou label, “For Glasses Only” displaying an illustration of a pair of glasses, dedicated to the all the bespectacled sake brewers of Hagino Brewery. Another top selling product is the Cat label depicting cats in a variety of playful and leisurely poses, the delightful Sake within is sweet and delicious, representing seasonal brews.
