Yamanashi de Grace 2023 (750ml) ヤマナシ・ド・グレイス 赤 2023

Made from Muscat Bailey A grown at the foothills of Kayagatake mountain and Katsunuma, the wine, a blend with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot (from Akeno), is aged in neutral French oak barrels. The abundunt fruit flavours and soft tannins are its characteristics, expressive of the high altitude and large diurnal range of the Yamanashi terroir.

甲斐駒ヶ岳のふもとと勝沼で栽培されたマスカット・ベーリーAを主体に、アケノ産のメルロ、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、カベルネ・フラン、プティ・ヴェルドをブレンドした赤ワインです。
使用する樽は中立的なフレンチオーク。高地と昼夜の寒暖差が大きい山梨のテロワールが生み出す、果実味豊かで柔らかいタンニンが魅力のワインです。
