The fresh berry aroma is fluffy, and the graceful sweetness is tempered by a lively acidity for a youthful finish.
The brewery uses Kyokai No. 12 yeast, which originated in at Urakasumi brewery. Expressing an elegant profile typical of Urakasumi, with a mild ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and strawberries, and a refreshing, yet moderately sweet palate.
