Shishino Sato Origarami Junmai Ginjo Namazake (720ml) 獅子の里 おりがらみ純米吟醸生酒

Impecably refreshing, having undergone a slight secondary fermentation in the bottle due to the addition of minimal fine lees, achieving a mild effervescence. On the palate, it is rich and juicy while still maintaining a clean finish.

明るい未来を願って栽培された酒未来は山形県「十四代」の高木酒造様が18年もの歳月をかけて交配・育種を積み重ねた大変貴重な酒米です。この酒未来が穏やかな香りの金沢酵母で食中酒に仕上げられました。おりがらみ生酒で、微かな発泡性を有する爽やかですっきりとした味わいをお楽しみいただけます。ラベルの酒米イラストは山中の伝統文化を体験した蔵人ハナ・カーシュナー熊谷さんの作品です。
