Built upon the structure of Amaneko — a sake noted for its pronounced acidity — and matured in Japanese mizunara oak barrels, its character is nothing short of unique.

Crafted from Sake Komachi rice organically grown in Aramasa’s own fields in Uyashinai, this expression was originally conceived as the pinnacle of the Amaneko series. However, through years of evolution, it has transformed into something entirely its own.

An audacious exploration of experimental brewing techniques—including extended contact with yeast in domestic oak barrels—its bold personality is both unconventional and exceptional. A true outlier in every sense.

Released only after more than two years of refrigerated ageing.

It opens with a fresh, vibrant aroma reminiscent of juicy red apple, wild berries, ripe muscat grapes, and tart rhubarb, underpinned by a hint of minerality and a gentle cedar base.
Smooth and supple on the palate, its rich, concentrated flavour is balanced by vivid acidity, which lifts and diffuses the inherent sweetness, leading to a boldly iconoclastic, off-dry finish.
