山梨県北西部に位置する、茅ヶ岳山麓の韮崎市穂坂地区の契約農家産マスカット・ベーリーAを主体に、北杜市明野町の自社栽培 三澤農場産メルロ、カベルネソーヴィニョンをそれぞれフレンチオーク樽で約８ヵ月間熟成し、品種の特徴を活かしてバランスよくアサンブラージュしています。手塩に掛けて育てた三澤農場の高品質な欧州系ブドウを使用することで、華やかなアロマと果実の旨味が溢れています。ピュアで凝縮した果実味と軽やかなタッチを感じるのが特徴です。やわらかな口当たりはお料理との相性も良く、和洋中問わず幅広いお料理と合います。
