Grace Wine Koshu Hishiyama Vineyard 2020 (750ml)

Indulge in the ultimate luxury of Hishiyama, the highest altitude vineyard in Katsunuma Town. With complex soil rich in granite, our grapes are hand-harvested and individually shaded, then fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks. The result is a pale yellow wine with citrus and white flower aromas, enhanced by mineral and spice notes. Extra dry with a smooth mouthfeel, the crisp acidity and citrus flavors create a wine with a sophisticated and elegant taste.

Excellent weather from March through to May. Rainy Season concluded after 16 days. Huge disparity in day/night temperatures in October resulted in a later than normal harvest. Overall, an excellent outcome in the bottle, despite less than ideal climatic conditions.
