府中誉と契約農家により復活栽培に成功した、幻の酒造好適米「短桿渡船」。蔵元杜氏の山内孝明社長を筆頭に、その復活米で醸される極上の吟醸酒です。このふなしぼりは、50％まで磨き上げた短桿渡船を丁寧に酒槽で搾り、みずみずしい味わいに仕上げた純米吟醸です。うま味と柑橘系のような酸味、贅沢な口当たり、最後にキレのある味わいが見事に調和しています。
