懐石料理に合う洗練された日本酒を目指して造られました。19%まで磨き上げた宮城県産の酒造好適米「美山錦」を使用し、岩崎賢也杜氏兼社長の職人技と巧みな醸造技術により、極上のピュアなうまみを引き出すことに成功しました。白百合とスイセンの華やかな香りと、シルキーな口当たりがよく調和しています。
