100%メトード・トラディショナル(シャンパーニュ方式)で造られた世界初のスパークリング清酒。瓶内二次発酵を経て、酒粕で熟成させ、その後手作業で澱引きを行います。穏やかな泡立ちにきれいな酸味、非常にピュアで美しい発泡性が特徴です。スペインのカタルーニャ州にあった三つ星レストラン、エル・ブジのビバレッジ・リストにも掲載されていました。
