A special brew developed to commemorate the anniversary of Isekado, the sake kasu, sake lees from local and well known sake, Zaku, , were combined with #3 sake brewing yeast to develop a uniquely Japanese beer which reminds one of Amazake. The four types of hops used bring out notes of pineapple, grapefruit and orange. While the aroma is bright and refreshing, the mouthfeel is soft and lush, a great companion for Japanese cuisine.
