a subtle interplay of youthfulness and maturity defines this elegant sake, brewed with JAS-certified organic gohyakumangoku rice from ishikawa. mild aromas of japanese citrus, white flowers, and rice powder greet the nose, while the palate reveals a gentle mouthfeel, concentrated umami, and soft sweetness. lively acidity and a pleasant bitterness unfold alongside custard-like richness, leaving a lingering impression that balances freshness with a hint of maturity.
