Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes cultivated since 2008, with gradual expansion of vineyards since that time. Benefiting from the light rain and cool climate of Villa d'Est, this dry white wine boasts a delightful aroma reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc, evoking notes of citrus fruits, grapefruits, and herbs, complemented by a refreshing acidity. 

A timeless classic of the Villa D'est Winery, which boasts a vibrant mineral backbone, fresh acidity and impressive concentration while showing composure and persistence on the palate. 

ソーヴィニョンブランは、ヴィラデストでは2008年から栽培をはじめ、その後徐々に植え付けを増やしてきました。ワイナリー周辺の少雨で冷涼な気候により、柑橘やグレープフルーツ、ハーブなどにたとえられる、ソーヴィニョンブランらしい華やかな香りと、フレッシュな酸が特徴の辛口白ワインに仕上がりました。魚介料理全般、ハーブを使った料理やシンプルな野菜料理などに良く合います。
