This dry white wine is crafted from Pinot Gris grapes cultivated in fields situated near 920 meters above sea level. This Alsatian varietal is delicately crafted with a modest amount of skin extract, imparting a fragrance reminiscent of apricot or yellow peach and notes of cinnamon and honeysuckle. This wine boasts a bold flavor profile and robust structure.

ピノ・グリは、比較的冷涼な気候を好む品種であるため、ヴィラデストの畑の中で最も標高の高い 920m 付近の畑で 栽培しています。 醸造面においては、プレス前のスキンコンタクトを一晩と長めにして、果皮からの成分抽出をやや強めにしました。色合いはややピンク色をおびた黄色。あんずや洋ナシ、トロピカルフルーツ、ハチミツなどの香り。しっかりとした厚みを感じる味わいの白ワインです。
