Isekado Neko Jima Can 伊勢角屋 ねこじま

Collaboration with Pomona Island from Manchester U.K. An English Yeast strain from London is used for this Hazy Double IPA & accented with Yuzu. The fresh, spicy aroma of yuzu blends with the mango and orange-toned aroma of hops, giving it a soft, complex nuance. The refreshing flavor and acidity derived from the yuzu make it lighter than a regular Hazy Double IPA.

柚子を香りづけにくわえたヘイジーダブルIPAです。マンダリンやマンゴーをイメージさせる香りにちょっぴり苦みの効いた爽やかなくちあたり、スカッとした切れ味が飲みやすさを高めています。
