For a very small operation with limited annual sake production at around 1,300 Koku per year, roughly 20% the volume produced by one of the big breweries of Japan, Ryujin Brewery takes exemplary care to ensure that the quality of its sake is second to none. 

Having invested in state-of-the-art equipment such as their very own in-house rice milling machine, a very unusual feature for a brewery of its size, a state-of-the-art flash pasteurization unit and a fully refrigerated warehouse, Ryujin is able to make wonderfully fresh tasting sake. 

蔵の年間生産量は約1,300石と、大手酒造メーカーの2割程度と小規模ながら龍神酒造は酒質には徹底的にこだわっています。

この規模の酒蔵としては珍しい自社製精米機、最新鋭の瞬間殺菌装置機、完全冷蔵倉庫など設備に投資することで、フレッシュな味わいが楽しめる素晴らしい酒造りを行っています。
