This sour ale is accented with green yuzu (Matsuno Town), Unshu mandarin (Ikata Town), and lemon (Matsuyama City) from Ehime Prefecture. It has a refreshing green citrus aroma reminiscent of herbs and lime, and a pleasant acidity from lactic acid fermentation.

実は完熟したものよりも香りが強い、緑の柑橘。愛媛県産の青柚子（松野町）、温州みかん（伊方町）、レモン（松山市）、を使いアクセントをつけたサワーエール。ほんのりハーブやライムを思わせるグリーンで爽やかな柑橘香と乳酸発酵による心地よい酸味が特徴です。まだ小さく緑色の柑橘の赤ちゃんが放つ、いつもとは違った風味をお楽しみください。
