Sake Mirai, rice chosen for this Junmai Ginjo, created by the Takagi Brewery, makers of the Jyuyondai brand, where Mr. Sumikawa trained before taking over as head brewer of his own brewery. Enticing aromas of fresh picked strawberries and cream, juicy with voluminous umami on the palate, soft astringency providing a refreshing finish. Non-charoal or carbon filtered and pasteurized once for optimal freshness.
